  2. Awesome post Pam.ive been looking for To Do list apps. Maybe I need to go old school and get a journal notebook and a to-do list notebook.

    1. Hey Meghan! Wow, thank you!! And yes!! I fully agree with you – I believe that there’s something so personal between you and a journal. Actually putting pen to paper – triggers realization in your mind, I find! Makes everything feel so much more real! I encourage you to find that perfect notebook! I love mine all pretty and they always have a nice design! Good luck, my friend!

    1. Yes, Jessi! Honestly – do it whenever you feel! I find that my journals are often super random. One page is my to-do list, the other page is a rant on my cold coffee and the other is products I want to by.. anyone else reading it would think I am coo coo lol but its MY Journal! Make it YOURS!

  8. I’m aspiring to do all the things on this list. I have the first few but I find daily affirmations just a struggle to keep up with for some reason lol

    1. I am so happy to hear that Crystal! And oh wow, I can totally relate and I completely understand how they could be hard to remind yourself. One way that helps me is to focus on the thoughts I’m currently having. Start with correcting your mindset that you already have. Whenever you hear little negative thoughts pop up in your head – use that moment to practice correcting that thought!
