“Booked out VA” doesn’t always mean what you think it may mean… let me speak some real truth to ya! 👏🤍

If you’re getting into the Virtual Assistant/Social manager life so that you can one day have :

✨ Flexible workday hours

✨Be able to make more money on your own terms

✨ Be your own boss and honour your boundaries

✨ Limit the amount of time you spend worrying month to month about bills

✨ Work with soulmate clients that share mutual trust between the two of you

Then your goal should not be about acquiring as many clients as you can!

This is how you wind up getting overwhelmed with all your work, feeling defeated every month and earning way less than you deserve. We don’t want that! 🙅🏾‍♀️

Instead, the goal should be structuring your business in a way that provides you with that freedom, flexibility and income from the GET GO.

If I ☠️’d tomorrow and left you with ONE piece of advice (ok, that was dark but just HEAR ME OUT) - it would be this :

✨The more SPECIFIC you are - The CLOSER you are to your ideal client

Vague posts like “What does a VA do for you?” barely do anything for you or your audience except leave them with thoughts like :

🤔 Is this post meant for me?…

🧐I know what a VA does but what does that do to help me?…

😓I don’t think these services will help what I’m trying to accomplish…

And all of that leads to one swift scroll! 😭

If you don’t want to lose a potential client - trust me on this!

Ask yourself these questions the next time you’re creating a promo post :

✨WHO is the post meant for? What line of work are THEY in and what do THEY do? Who are you trying to work with?

✨What will the services that YOU perform specifically do to help your clients?

✨What GOAL is it that your potential clients are trying to succeed? Building their following? Finding clients? Are they going through a launch of some sort? Find out and target THEIR goal.

Wrap it all together and you’ve got a post that stands out from the crowd! 👏
