As life gets busy, it’s easy to feel as though a lot of things are ‘out of our hands’ lose sense of productivity. It’s important to take time and refocus yourself, your mind, and your goals.
You want to be able to achieve whatever it is that you set your mind to. In order to accomplish this, you’ve got to set up a plan for productivity.
Here are 6 useful tips on how to keep productive and stay organized
Recharge
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by outside forces. Take a moment to step back and distance yourself from what you’ve got going on. In order to fully pick a part of what you need to do, you need to space yourself from the things that are distracting you.
Re-evaluate
What are your top priorities of the week that you need accomplished? Break down what means the most to you that you need done.
For example, I am in love with lists. I write a list of my most valued priorities to be done and break them up between, daily, weekly, and monthly.
This way, my To-do list doesn’t seem overwhelming and I can work at a few goals every day to get me to the bigger goal at the end of the month.

My favourite part – Journaling. If you’ve been following my blog (which I hope you have hehe) you’ve probably picked up on the fact that I LOVE journaling.
I think of journaling as an important part to keeping yourself organized and on track. It’s important when mapping out your goals and your plans – that you get it out of your head and down on paper.
You need something you can refer back to. It’s important to be able to see your wishes with your own eyes. Not only for manifestation purposes – as journaling will make it possible for you to visualize what you want to see and create it into reality but it’s also a brilliant tool for keeping you on track.
Ways you can productively use your journal :
- Bullet journal
- To Do lists
- Calender
- Personal Finance – Budgeting
- Daily Affirmations
Rearrange
Sometimes when we create our plans, the result may be to reshape some things in our lives.
Meaning, once you’ve drawn out your plan – it’s time to implement these in our daily routines.
This might mean, starting your morning off right or finishing your To-Do list by 3pm every day. The fact is, you want to implement growth into your daily life in order to see changes to your self-improvement.

Ask yourself these 3 questions :
- What were your goals last month – where were you goal wise then compared to now?
- How did you do keeping up with your daily schedule? Good? Bad?
- Do you need to add or lessen some of your daily goals?
Reward
As long as you keep working on your goals, keeping track and staying productive – achieving your goals will become the norm.
It’s important to keep track of your success. Make sure you take a moment and reward yourself for all your hard work. Maybe this means a social media detox for a day while you catch up on some self-care. Or maybe it means rewarding all your hard work with a celebratory new present from amazon.
Whatever it may be, make it so that it comes at the end of your monthly goal – and make it worthwhile. Get excited for it! Work your butt off so you can revel in it! This will push you to keep going, and also, it’s just a wonderful way to give gratitude and admire how much of a POWERHOUSE you are!
