  1. I always feel much better when I get up and make my bed. It makes things seem “cleaner” when it’s time to crawl back in it!

    1. YES! I totally agree, Cam. There is something SOOOO nice about crawling back into a neatly made up bed. It’s like it was ready for you lol Can’t beat that feeling at the end of the day!

Putting my alarm across the room is definitely going to wake me up 😛 I like the point where you mentioned “Make your bed” I consider this an important part to start a day as it gives a feeling that you are out of bed officially and ready to move through the day.   3. These are all really great tips to get the morning off to a great start. I think eating a healthy breakfast is the most important because it tends to dictate the other food choices I make the rest of the day.

  6. Great tips! I think doing something that always makes you happy is a great tip. I for one must have coffee while reading my bible, that definitely gets me on the right track.

  7. I always have a ‘to-do’ list each day, but need to add these before the list gets started! I find if I’m frazzled by mid morning, my whole day is off. These will help! (Especially exercise and healthy eating..ahem…)

    1. this is so very true and I feel the EXACT same way. If I’m thrown off by the first half of the morning, my whole day is done which = I need a set routine lol ! I’m with ya!
